تعليمات الدورة

1. التسجيل:
   • التسجيل في الدورة متاح لكافة القيادات والموظفين من كافة الفئات الطامحة في تعزيز مهاراتها المهنية والتخصصية في جودة مخرجات مهامهم.
   • لا تتطلب الدورة أو دخول اختبار الممارس المعتمد في بطاقة الأداء المتوازنة تخصصات معينة، بل الاختبار والشهادة متاحة لكافة الموظفين.
   • يحصل المتدربين على الشهادات التالية:
     1. جميع المنتسبون يحصلون على شهادة حضور دورة "الممارس المعتمد في بطاقة الأداء المتوازنة".
     2. خياري لمن يرغب من المنتسبين دخول اختبار الحصول على شهادة "الممارس المعتمد في بطاقة الأداء المتوازنة - CBSCP" من KML Mega Library.
   • معلومات الاختبار متوفرة في مستندات الدورة في ملفات المنتسبين في منصة التدريب يمكن الدخول للدورة وتحميل الملفات للمنتسبين.
   • يجب على كل المنتسبين التواصل مع الدعم الفني بعد الشراء.
   • التسجيلات ستبقى في ملفات المنتسبين لمدة (3) شهور من تاريخ الشراء.

2. محتوى الدورة: كامل محتوى وملفات الدورة موجودة في ملف الدورة.
3. المدرب: مدرب ذو خبرات عالمية عمل في مشاريع على كافة القطاعات الدولية والمحلية الحكومية والخاصة.
4. اللجنة العلمية: تم إيجاد لجنة علمية مصغرة منبثقة من اللجنة العلمية الرئيسية في إدارة التدريب والتطوير المهني في شركة مؤشرات الأداء الأساسية الطبية التي قدمت توصياتها بخصوص الدورة ومراجعة المحتوى وآلية تقديم الدورة وتواريخها ومدتها ومدربيها والتأكد من أن الدورة ستكون إضافة لكل منتسب حريص ومن ثم واعتماد الدورة.
5. معلومات اختبار (CBSCP): متوفرة في ملف الدورة في المنصة يمكن تحميلها.
6. التسجيل في منصة التدريب: بعد التسجيل في نموذج جوجل يتوجه المنتسب للمنصة:
   • تسجيل الدخول وفتح ملف اذا لم يكن لديه ملف سابقاً.
   • استخدام الايميل الذي يرغب المنتسب التسجيل من خلاله أو التسجيل من خلال جوجل.
   • تحديث المعلومات الشخصية. يجب على كافة المنتسبين التسجيل في المنصة والتأكد من صحة البيانات وعدم ترك أي من الخانات فارغة حتى لا يتسبب في عدم اكتمال التسديد عند استخدام التسديد الالكتروني أو التسديد من خلال تابي (Tabby، أو Tamara).
   • التوجه للدورات وشراء الدورة واستكمال التسديد.
   • التوجه للدورة والدروس وتحميل المحتوى.
7. تسديد الرسوم: يستطيع المنتسب تسديد تكاليف الدورة من خلال:
   • الأقساط: تم توفير ميزة التسديد بالأقساط من خلال تابي (Tabby، و Tamara).
   • توفر المنصة التسديد الالكتروني في منصتها التدريبية يمكن للمنتسبين التسديد مباشرة من خلال المنصة.
8. الحضور والحصول على الشهادات: تتطلب معايير التعليم الالكتروني حضور (75%) من اللقاءات والمحاضرات للتمكن من الحصول على الشهادات.
   • متابعة نسبة الحضور سيتم من خلال مراجعة نسبة الحضور في ملفات المنتسبين.
9. على المنتسبين عدم استخدام ايميلات العمل لتجنب عدم استقبال رسائل الدعم الفني.
10. في حال عدم استلام الايميل فضلا التأكد من البريد غير المهم (Junk Mail) أو أي صندوق بريد مهمل في الايميل.
11. التواصل مع ارقام الواتس أب (0502299923) المخصصة للدعم الفني الموجودة في مجموعة الواتس أو الايميل (Support@medicalkpis.edu.sa ) أو على رقم الاتصال (966112627900+)
12. تقييم الدورة والمدربين والدعم الفني من الأساسيات التي تهتم فيها إدارة التدريب والتطوير المهني والحصول على الشهادات يتطلب انها التقييم سواء بعد كل لقاء (اذا وجد) أو التقييم النهائي للدورة.
13. تتوفر في منصة الشركة كافة السياسات وسياسة الخصوصية يمكن الاطلاع عليها في موقع المنصة.
14. تتوفر في الصفحة الرئيسية لمنصة التدريب دليل ارشادي للمنتسبين للتعرف على كيفية التسجيل، وكيفية حضور المحاضرات المسجلة، وكيفية تحميل المحتوى، فضلا مشاهدة الدليل الارشادي لضمان الاطلاع على الدليل وكيفية التسجيل قبل التسجيل في المنصة.

Instructions for the Certified Balanced Score Card Professional Recorded Course

Certified Balanced Score Card Professional (CBSCP) - Recorded Course Instructions

1. Registration:

1. Registration is open to all leaders and STAFF from all categories aspiring to enhance their professional and specialized skills in the quality of their task outputs.
2. The course and the Certified Balanced Score Card Professional (CBSCP) exam do not require specific qualifications. The exam and certificate are available to all employees.
3. Trainees will receive the following certificates:
   1. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance for the "Certified Balanced Score Card Professional" course.
   2. Optionally, participants may take the exam to obtain the "Certified Balanced Score Card Professional - CBSCP" certificate from KML Mega Library.
4. Exam information is available in the course documents within the participants' files on the training platform. Participants can access the course and download the files.
5. All participants must contact technical support after purchase.
6. Recordings will remain in the participants' files for (3) months from the date of purchase.

2. Course Content:

All course content and files are available in the course package.

3. Trainer:

An internationally experienced trainer who has worked on projects across various international and local sectors, both governmental and private.

4. Scientific Committee:

A specialized sub-committee derived from the main Scientific Committee in the Training and Professional Development Department at Medical KPI's has reviewed and approved the course content, delivery method, schedule, duration, and trainer to ensure the course adds value to every committed participant.

5. CBSCP Exam Information:

Available in the course file on the platform and can be downloaded.

6. Training Platform Registration:

After completing the Google Form registration, participants should proceed to the platform:

   2. Use the preferred email for registration or sign in via Google.
   3. Update personal information. All participants must complete their profiles accurately to avoid issues with payment processing via electronic payment or installment services (Tabby or Tamara).
   4. Navigate to the courses section, purchase the course, and complete the payment.
   5. Access the course, lessons, and download the content.
7. Payment: Participants can pay for the course through:

1. Installments: Installment options are available via Tabby and Tamara.
2. The platform provides electronic payment options. Participants can pay directly through the training platform.

8. Attendance and Certificate Eligibility:

To receive certificates, participants must attend at least 75% of the sessions and lectures.

1. Attendance will be tracked through participant records.

9. Participants should avoid using work emails to ensure they receive technical support messages.
10. If the email is not received, please check the Junk Mail or any other spam folders.

12.  Course, trainer, and technical support evaluations are essential. Receiving certificates requires completing evaluations after each session (if applicable) or the final course evaluation.
